The death has occurred of Sergeant Thomas Mitchell Wood, a well-known and highly respected member of the Bebington Urban District Council, who passed away at the Wrexham Military Hospital, from pneumonia. Sergeant Wood, prior to the outbreak of war, was employed for a great many years at Port Sunlight, as a printer. He was 47 years of age, and resided at 5, Cross Street, Port Sunlight.
