Frederick's Story.
Born Christ Church, Crewe, enlisted Nantwich. Son of William and Emma Hughes of 5, Newdigate Street, Crewe and was a former brass moulder before enlisting in November 1907. Went to France (Le Havre) on January 16, 1915. His brother William would die of wounds in 1917.
