John's Story.
Son of Mr. Mrs. P Kelly, 50, Brooklyn Street, Crewe.
He enlisted in October 1915 and went on active service in March 1917. He had won a scholarship at the Manchester School of Technology, and before enlistment he was employed in the LNWR laboratory, Crewe.
He was a member of Crewe Alexandra Cricket Club.
