Private C. W. Corn.
Mr. W. T. Corn, 10, Station View, Nantwich, has been officially informed that his son, Private Charles William Corn, K.S.L.I., was killed in action on October 8th. Private Corn, who was 22 years of age, joined the Army three years ago. Before proceeding to France, he saw considerable service in the East. On Sunday evening a memorial service was held at the Nantwich Unitarian (Presbyterian) Chapel, conducted by the Pastor (the Rev. J. Park-Davies).
