William H.'s Story.
Gunner W. H. Peers, R.G.A., has, we understand, been awarded the Military Medal for gallantry on the field of battle. Gunner Peers has been wounded. He is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. George Peers, Rose Farm, Capenhurst. The village has learned with great pleasure of Corporal Peers' distinction.
