PRIVATE JOHN THOMPSON.

Mrs. Thompson, 11, Orchard-place, Crewe, has received news that her husband, Private John Thompson, Cheshire Regiment, died of pneumonia abroad on the 20th February.

Before enlistment he was employed as a labourer in the Old Works Fitting Shop, Crewe.
