Within Weeks of Mother’s Death.

The photograph we reproduce is of Pte. William H. Williams, whose father, Mr Williams, of 44 Aberdeen Street, received a few days ago, a War Office notice presuming his death. He joined the Cheshire Regt. in July, 1915, when only 18 years of age, and was posted as missing on July 3rd. He was an old St. Peter’s Church schoolboy. A very sad feature of his death is that the notice was received within a week of his mother’s death.
