DIED OF WOUNDS.

News has been received by Mrs. Tilley, 15, Willy Street, Rock Ferry, that her husband, Pte. W. Tilley, has died of wounds in Palestine. He joined the colours in January, 1915, and left England January, 1916. Prior to joining the Army Pte. Tilley was employed at Price’s Candle Works, where he had been for 19 years. He leaves a wife and child to mourn his loss.
