George Albert's Story.

Born and enlisted Crewe. Husband of Elizabeth Tatler of 8, Oakley Street, Crewe. Served throughout the Boer War and worked in the Crewe South Steam Sheds, before enlisting in October 1914. Went to France on September 25, 1915. Wounded on July 4 and died next day. Uncle of Thomas William Tatler who was killed in action two days previous.
