A WEST KIRBY OFFICER.

Second Lieutenant Kenneth Hinde, King’s Own Royal Lancaster Regiment, has been killed in action in France. He was twenty-one years of age, and was the elder son of Charles A. and Margaret M. Hinde, “Riversdale,” West Kirby. Formerly he was with Messrs. Hinde, Phillips and Co., cotton merchants, Liverpool.
