Reginald's Story.
Born on 5 May 1899 at Lymm, Cheshire, son of waterman,Thomas and Sarah Ann, (nee, Cilgrim), Wood, of Woodbine Road, Sandy Lane, Lymm, Cheshire.
Reginald was the youngest of eight children; his siblings were Annie, Sarah, Emily, Rose, Edith, John and Hilda. He enlisted at Altrincham; He was killed in action on Monday, 27 May 1918 during the German Spring Offensive. He was aged 19 years.
