Samuel's Story.

10th Bn Cheshire Regiment, died aged 26 on 27th April 1916.

Son of Samuel and Elizabeth Wilbraham of Barnston, Cheshire.

Buried at Ecoivres Military Cemetery, Mont-St Eloi.

He was living at 37 Suffolk Street, Chester when he was made a Freeman of Chester on 14th July 1911 by Indenture – Cabinet maker.

Siblings: William, Thomas, Mary, Elizabeth, Charles and George.

(Private Wilbraham was in the same Battalion as Private William Dutton, also a Freeman of Chester, but was killed 3 weeks before him
