Thomas Henry's Story.

Born Crewe, enlisted Chester. Son of Thomas and Annie Palin. Resided with his sister Sarah Annie Barker at 31, Naylor Street, Crewe and was employed in the Joiners Shop, Crewe Works as a labourer. Enlisted on September 4, 1914. Embarked from Southampton to France on September 25, 1915. Killed when a shell burst nearby. Buried alongside Private William John Elson of Bunbury. He is listed as "B” Company on CWGC.
