James's Story.
Born and enlisted Crewe. Commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, West- Vlaanderen, Belgium (Panel 3) and the Crewe War Memorial. Resided in Ramsbottom Street and was a former forgeman in the LNWR at Crewe. Went to France on December 3, 1914.
