George Hoarce's Story.
Private G. H. Grocott.
Private G. H. Grocott of the Grenadier Guards has been killed in action. He was the second son of Mr and Mrs Grocott of 503 West Street, Crewe. He was 22 years of age and enlisted on the 13th of October 1915. He had been at the front for about seven weeks. Prior to enlistment he served his time as a fitter in the No. 9 shop Crewe works.
