Edwin's Story.
Edwin was the son of the late Edward Gray and Susannah Gray, 55 Middle Hillgate, Stockport. Prior to his enlistment, on 1 November 1914, he had worked at the hat works of T W Lees Ltd. His brother, Herbert, was a tobacconist near the family home on Middle Hillgate.
