Died from Wounds.

Mrs. Kelly, of 1, Plymouth Place, Birkenhead, has received the sad intelligence of the death of her husband, Lance-Corpl. W. Kelly, of the 17th Royal Welsh Fusiliers, which occurred on July 26th, as a result of wounds inflicted whilst in action. He was formerly employed as a fireman on the Wirral Railway, but three years ago he left the district for Buenos Aires, where he took up a similar position on the Buenos Aires Great Southern Railway. Directly, he was able, after the outbreak of war, he left that employ – a splendid job – and returned to England for enlistment in the Army. He was 29 years of age.
