Frank's Story.
Born Sandbach, enlisted Liverpool. Son of George and Emma Condliffe of 65, Thomas Street, Crewe. A former labourer in Crewe Works. Enlisted on May 19, 1915. Embarked from Devonport for Basra on May 22, 1916. Admitted to hospital with head pains on July 4, and died at 2.50am, three days later in the 33rd British General Hospital. CWGC states he died on July 6.
