Frank's Story.

Resided at 6, Waverley Place, Crewe and worked at Cooke's garage on Nantwich Road. Enlisted in March 1915 and had only been at the front for 6 weeks.

Private F. Dean.

Private F. Dean, of the Cheshire Regiment, has been killed in action. His mother who is a widow, received official information from the War Office on Saturday morning. Private Dean had been at the front for six weeks. He enlisted in March last year. He was killed on the 24th of August. Before the war Private Dean was employed at Cooke’s garage, Nantwich Road Crewe.
