Albert's Story.

Born and enlisted Northampton. Son of Mr G. and Sarah Bishop of 79, Hervey Street, Northampton. Had served in the Army for 12 years and four years with the Reserve, and fought during the Boer War. Before the outbreak, was employed in the Millwright’s Shop, Crewe Works. Resided at 4, Charles Street, Crewe. Went to France on September 10, 1914.
