Died of Wounds
Captain E.P. Leahy
A large number of Cestrians and especially those connected with the Royal Infirmary will regret to learn of the death from wounds received in action of Captain E. P. Leahy, R.A.M.C. Captain Leahy was house surgeon at the Chester Royal Infirmary, from December 1913 to January 1915, when he resigned to join the R.A.M.C. During his tenure of office at Chester, Captain Leahy endeared himself to all with whom he came in contact, particularly so with the staff at the infirmary.
