Percy's Story.

Born Sydney, Crewe, enlisted Crewe. Son of Joseph and Sophia Hulse of 529, West Street, Crewe. Before enlisting, was clerk to James Tattersall (Conservative agent for Crewe). Went to France (Boulogne) on July 21, 1915. Sustained his wounds when a shell burst in a trench he was occupying and shrapnel pierced his abdomen.
